"What is this and why should I care?"
The purpose of this forum is to build a community for those who wish to have a future in broadcasting and analysis of video games as a professional organized "sport". With the growing popularity of leagues like the LCS, with regularly scheduled weekly broadcasts and championships, and other video games coming to equal popularity (DoTA2, Starcraft 2, Super Smash Bros.) the world of e-sports broadcasting is growing more and more every year. This is one of the first communities for those who wish to practice and refine their craft of "shoutcasting", and also for amateur players who want to get feedback and commentary on their games to have a place to do so. It's beneficial situation for both parties; the content up-loaders get feedback and commentary on their play, and the casters get raw material to use.
